These custom boards are built from 3/4" Baltic Birch which is a 13 ply cabinet grade hardwood. They are double braced and Kreg screwed. There are handles to carry the boards on both sides. They are direct ink printed and are coated with 3 coats of a UV dried humidity resistant finish.
